The method is based on spectral lines of different atomic nuclei that are excited when a strong magnetic field and a radiofrequency transmitter are applied. Even though it's a good introduction to NMR spectroscopy, maybe some readers (as for me that I'm an undergraduate) can see a little bit difficult, and of course, some help to understand this topic may be required. Nevertheless, it's a great book for those who are searching for a reference text (from my point of view).
